THE MODEL

Every collection is capped. 50 to 200 pieces max. No mass production, no warehouses full of unsold inventory. Scarcity is the point.

New collections drop on announced dates. You show up or you miss out. No pre-orders, no rain checks. The clock runs once.

When a piece sells out, it's retired. Every item you own is part of a closed set. Your fit tells people you were there.
